Official Rules & Guidelines for “Love Me” Giveaway
- This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram™, Facebook™, or Trim Healthy Mama™.
- Measure of Faith LLC d/b/a New Me With Coach T is the sponsor of the “Love Me” giveaway.
- The giveaway runs from 12:00 AM EST on February 1, 2021 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on February 8, 2021.
- In order to be eligible to win, participants must be at least 18 years of age prior to the start of the giveaway and must be legal permanent residents of the US or US Citizens residing in the continental United States of America.
- In order to enter, participants must text the code “LOVE ME” to 33777 and provide their complete name, valid email address, and Like and Follow our Facebook Page.
- By entering this giveaway participant agrees to receiving emails or text messages from New Me With Coach T, but may unsubscribe at anytime.
- The names off all eligible participants will be entered into a drawing and 5 winners will be randomly selected.
- Each of the the 5 randomly selected winners will be eligible to receive one of the following prizes : (1) Her Bold Faith Journal, (2) Dash Mini Waffle Maker, (3) Smart Baking Company, (4) Trim Healthy Mama Cleanser Bundle, and (5) Full Scholarship to February 2021 Jumpstart Your Trim Group coaching. New Me With Coach T has sole discretion in determining which of the above items will be awarded to each of the winners.
- The winners will be announced between February 9, 2021 and February 16, 2021 on New Me With Coach T’s social media platforms. Additionally an email or text message will be sent to winner.
- The winner must respond to the email or text message to claim their prize and to provide desired shipping information. If the winner fails to claim the prize at or before the 48th hour after the hour that the winner is announced, she forfeits the prize and another winner will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible participants.
- Physical prizes will be shipped directly to the winner from the respective vendor(s). Any digital prizes will be sent to the winner via text or email.
- Participant by entering this giveaway acknowledges that New Me With Coach T is not responsible for shipping delays or product quality issues, as the items will be sent directly from the applicable vendor(s).
- Items pictured in any giveaway promotional materials are for illustration purposes only and may not be the identical item sent to the winner. In the event the any of the items are no longer in stock, New Me With Coach T reserves the right to substitute an item of comparable value.
- Trim Healthy Mama Coaches, Admins, and staff are ineligible to enter the giveaway.
- Multiple entries are strictly prohibited, and will render the participant ineligible.
- No purchase is required to enter.
- This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
