Sugar-Free Rice Krispy Treats

  • 1 Microwave Safe Bowl
  • 1 8x8 Square Pan
  • 1 Spatula

  • Place butter in microwave safe bowl and microwave until fully melted.
  • Remove melted butter from microwave and stir in marshmallows.
  • Place bowl back in microwave and microwave for 10 seconds at a time until marshmallows are melted. (Should take 20 to 30 seconds to fully melt)
  • After marshmallows have fully melted, remove from microwave and stir cereal into melted marshmallow and butter mixture.
  • Use spatula to scrape the mixture into a 8X8 square pan.
  • Let mixture set for 1 hour prior to serving and enjoy!
