
Sugar-Free Rice Krispy Treats

Equipment
- 1 Microwave Safe Bowl
- 1 8x8 Square Pan
- 1 Spatula
Ingredients
- 2 c One Degree Sprouted Brown Rice Crisps
- 48 g Max Mallow Classic Marshmallows *
- 1 TBS Butter
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Place butter in microwave safe bowl and microwave until fully melted.
- Remove melted butter from microwave and stir in marshmallows.
- Place bowl back in microwave and microwave for 10 seconds at a time until marshmallows are melted. (Should take 20 to 30 seconds to fully melt)
- After marshmallows have fully melted, remove from microwave and stir cereal into melted marshmallow and butter mixture.
- Use spatula to scrape the mixture into a 8X8 square pan.
- Let mixture set for 1 hour prior to serving and enjoy!
